"The Noise of the Boyfriend"

This is a design that I created for a Sound assignment for my Beginning Digital Imaging class. I had to find a sound that I wanted to recreate into an image. I chose the sound of my boyfriend's snore. He doesn't snore too terribly often, but sometimes he can get loud for a short time. So this is my interpretation. I felt like deep blues and grays seemed fitting for the color scheme of the idea of sleep and dreams. The line shapes represent the quiet before the storm in a way. When he exhales deeply, he is fairly quiet, but then it gets loud; in short bursts. The bold spiky shapes represent those brief bursts of sound.
